Clayton & Associates was founded in 2014, led by seasoned real estate professional Quincy Clayton, who has been serving buyers, sellers, and tenants full-time since 2001. With more than two decades in the business, Quincy has built his career on a simple philosophy: people first, transactions second—and the results tend to follow.

Quincy holds the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation—earned by fewer than 5% of REALTORS® nationwide—along with GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), e-PRO, At Home With Diversity, ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), and CPS (Certified Probate Specialist) credentials. Licensed in both Connecticut and Massachusetts, Quincy provides specialized service throughout Western Massachusetts (including Hampden County) and across much of Connecticut, including New London, Windham, Hartford, and Tolland Counties. Outside of real estate, Quincy is a pianist and organist who primarily plays for his church, a proud graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a specialization in International Baking & Pastry Arts and Food Service Management, and a lifelong lover of comedy—having even performed stand-up in his earlier years (proof that tough negotiations and good timing often go hand in hand).

He is happily married, the proud father of two adult sons and daughters-in-law, one daughter, and a very lucky granddaughter who already knows she has the best seat in the house.
